Delivery Policy

At Fleurs D'Or Boutique, we are delighted to offer FREE hand delivery within 5 mile radius of our location. Whether you’re sending a thoughtful gesture or celebrating a special occasion, we personally hand-deliver every order to ensure your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and right on time—at absolutely no extra charge.

We do not offer shipping outside our local delivery area or to other states.

  • Horizon West, FL

Delivery Times:

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Monday – Saturday) are eligible for same-day delivery.

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM or on Sundays/holidays will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery Fee:
Enjoy free delivery within a 5-mile radius of our shop. 
For orders with delivery from 5-mile up to 10-mile radius, delivery is $15.
For orders with delivery from 10-mile up to 25-mile radius, delivery is $25, and more than 25 miles is $50 with a purchase more than $300.

Special Requests:
If you need flowers delivered at a specific date or time, just leave a note at checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

No Shipping
We do not offer shipping or postal delivery. All arrangements are hand-delivered locally by our team, ensuring maximum freshness and care with every order.

Taxes and Fees:
State sales tax and any required service fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout—no surprises.

Delivery Issues:
If you experience any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt with your order information. We are committed to making it right!
